Each class emphasizes and challenges the body’s powerhouses: the core and the posterior chain. The exercises are inspired by a wide array of movement modalities and progress the body through the rotational, sagittal, and frontal planes of motion, ensuring you’ll be prepared to move freely and functionally in any way you choose! We slow down the pace to allow your brain to drop into your body, creating a mindful workout that connects breath, energy, and movement.

Conditioning

This intense training class will test the limits of your body! We don’t want to just raise your heart rate with quick non stop movement, in this class we will work on controlling your body while learning how to engage, strengthen and tone your muscles and also feeling an amazing sweat at the same time!

Yoga Flow

This is a 1 hour practice that enables you to challenge yourself and your inner YOGI. You will have the opportunity to experience positions from seated to standing, and possibly even to muster the courage to experience an inversion asana all while focusing on your alignment and your breath.

What’s your F’N Forte

Test your limits through compound lifts that will make you use more than one muscle group at the same time. Lift heavy. Work hard. Aim to be your best self.
