Apostolis has a Master of Science in Sport Management from St. John’s University, and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Coaching and Sports Management from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. In addition to having studied sports, he has competed as an athlete in multiple track and field national and regional tournaments in Greece and has been awarded honorable distinctions, such as in the Pan-Hellenic Track and Field Tournaments in the years 2000-2006, in Greece. Moreover, he placed third in the β€˜test event’ of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games β€œTrack & Field” competition.

Beyond the benefits from my education and civic activities, he brings the strengths of discipline, focus and hard work acquired during his military service in the Greek Army with a tour of duty in the Greek Special Force in Nicosia, Cyprus as an Officer in the Security Department.

He has been a Trainer since 2008 and has been doing this in NY since 2015. His mission is to help people feel strong, healthy, confident, and most of all happy.

Julia is a lifelong athlete with over 15 years of coaching experience. A childhood gymnast and dancer turned OCR racer, turned bodybuilder, turned nationally competitive weightlifter, she’s trained for it all and bounced back from countless injuries, setbacks, and disappointments.

She’s worked with athletes of all ages (from youth to masters) to help them reach peak performance through Olympic weightlifting and sport-specific strength & conditioning.

She takes a holistic approach to athlete development and prioritizes education and mental skills development so that every athlete moves more easily, gets stronger, feels better, and becomes more confident.

As an experienced athlete, I love incorporating different variations of training; ranging from strength conditioning to low impact pilates, using your body to work against itself. My mission as a trainer is to lead you to be the best version of yourself. With this comes dedication, discipline, and mental strength. I strive each day to be able to provide my clients with the power and motivation they need to make themselves feel better than the day before. There is no limit when it comes to fitness, and achieving your goals is a lifestyle change, with the reward being priceless.

Maria was born in Queens & currently resides on Long Island. She has been in the fitness world for over 15 years. She started teaching classes at Lucille Robert’s when she was 18. From Kickboxing to Total Body Strength Training classes to Bootcamp – Maria focuses on building stamina & lean muscle.

Maria is a mom of 2 and worked out through both of her pregnancies!

She is certified in pregnant & post natal training.

Shelly’s Fitness journey started with long distance running over 15 years ago, starting with her first marathon. She wanted to share her love for distance & began coaching runners of all levels. As a certified run coach through Road Runners Coaching of America, she has since helped many cross their marathon finish lines.Β πŸƒβ€β™€οΈΒ

During her career as a run coach, she noticed that many runners needed more. She became interested in strength training coaching to help runners stay healthy & strong. Through this she expanded her knowledge and began training clients of all levels & ages. Kettlebells have always been a part of Shelly’s programming. She loves the intersection of strength, balance, & mobility work that Kettlebells produce.Β πŸ’ͺ🏽

She is thrilled to share this passion with others and to create a fun and safe program around this by teaching Full Body KB Flow Wednesdays at 7PM and Strength Training class on Fridays at 4pm.
